First of all, never say 'wanna' 'gonna' in an interview. I assume that you will dress appropriately for your interview, smile and shake the interviewer's hand. Obviously your responses will depend on what the interviewer will ask you.
You can say something like this:
Good morning Mr....... I am very happy to be here for this interview. Let me introduce myself. As you know from my CV, my name is SRGG, and I am 22 years old. I graduated from Huhhot University in 2011 and I have been volunteering as a teachers's aide at PPPPPP school every week since January. [OR state some sort of experience with children]
Because I am here for this interview, it seems that all my hard work just might have paid off. (Smile. at the interviewers)
I am looking forward to being a part of your teaching team and I am an excellent communicator with both adults and children.
